1. You need to raise an issue: This could be something directly or indirectly involving you, your team, another club or just a general welfare enquiry.
2. You need to make a complaint: This could be about any welfare or safeguarding issues relating to one of our managers, coaches, players & members, ground safety or something that has happened at another venue while representing our club. If issues are relating to another club you should raise this with our welfare team so that they can offer guidance and follow the correct processes.
3. You would like to offer praise for something we have done well: This could be for anything you think we or a member representing our club have done well. As an example this could be a manager or player showing a good attitude, fair play, encouragement.
